MKHOA Community Inspections & Architectural Changes
Homeowners are reminded that all homes in Manor Knolls must be maintained in an attractive manner. In order to ensure that this occurs, there will be periodic inspections of homes.
Inspections occur periodically; homeowners whose homes are in violation will receive a notice and an opportunity to correct the violation. Failure to do so may result in fines. If you are looking for a contractor to make needed repairs, you should consult a variety of sources including the internet, yellow pages and Manor Knolls' Directory of Contractors.
Please be sure to carefully review the Architectural Standards and governing documents for Manor Knolls.
A request must be submitted to the MKHOA Architectural Control Committee, via the management company before ANY changes to the homes of Manor Knolls are made.
